Business Is Blooming For Expo Events

Expo Events, Ireland's largest leading events and exhibition organiser, has succeeded in winning the competitive tender to manage Bloom 2008 and 2009 on behalf of Bord Bia.

Bord Bia's Bloom 2007, Ireland's biggest gardening showcase, was successfully coordinated by Expo Events and the event attracted some 50,000 visitors to the Phoenix Park over the course of the June Bank Holiday weekend.


Bord Bia's Bloom 2008 event will be held from Thursday 29th May to Sunday 2nd June.

Garret Buckley, Joint Managing Director, Expo Events said: "We are proud to have won the Bord Bia contract for the second year in a row and indeed for the event in 2009. Having been so heavily involved with the inaugural show, we are eager to begin work on behalf of Bord Bia to establish an even more impressive showcase in 2008. The success of Bloom 2007 was unprecedented and served to prove the massive appetite for an event of its kind in Ireland."
