'Pride In The Job' For Patton Homes

'Quality' is a word synonymous with any Patton Homes development, but with none more so than at Knockantern Green.

Site Manager, Johnston Logan was one of only 400 site managers across the UK to receive the coveted NHBC 'Pride in the Job' Quality Award, for his consistent excellence and commitment to his work on the Coleraine development.

The national competition was established to seek out the best of the 18,000 entrants, scoring them on 38 aspects of site management including technical knowledge, leadership, customer service and site safety.

He now goes forward to the next round of the competition, where the Top 100 Managers are given the ‘Seal of Excellence’ award and compete for a Regional Award.

Speaking on receipt of the award Johnston, said: "This is a tremendous honour not only for me personally, but for the whole team here at Knockantem Green. It’s great to have our hard work recognised in this way and reassuring for our homeowners to know that our houses are among the best in terms of quality, in the UK."

Knockantern Green consists of three and four bedroom detached houses and two bedroom apartments, which sit conveniently on the fringe of Coleraine, on the very popular Mountsandel Road.

The scheme is convenient to all local amenities and scenic walks through Mountsandel Forest. This outstanding development is one of a kind - sharp contemporary and reflecting creative architectural flair.

The homes are impressive and extremely well designed, meticulously finished, with a timeless classical yet modern style.
