Clarke Homes Launches Timberframe Brochure

One of Northern Ireland's leading specialists in timberframe construction has just launched a new brochure aimed at self-builders and developers.

As this type of construction continues to grow in popularity across Northern Ireland, Clarke Homes - based in Lisnaskea, Co Fermanagh - have launched a full-colour brochure which it hopes will serve as a useful guide to building timberframe homes.

Making the major task of building a new home easier is the ethos behind Clarke's approach to timberframe construction. To this end, the company has a dedicated team of professionals who will guide clients through each stage, from help with initial consultations to designs, quotations, contract signing, manufacturing, delivery and erection.

The new Homes Division brochure is part of this approach, to help simplify the process for its many clients throughout Ireland. The brochure also highlights the many benefits of this type of building process. With so much emphasis on sustainability in modern construction methods, the many eco-friendly benefits of timberframed homes is making Timberframe construction an increasingly popular choice. High levels of insulations, low running costs and reduced waste are just some of the standard ecological advantages.

From the company's manufacturing base in Lisnaskea, Clarke's also design and supply roof trusses and pre-hung internal doors.

Using the most up-to-date, state of the art production equipment and methods, the high quality, precision-designed roof trusses are suitable for both timberframe homes and traditional masonry construction projects.
