Creagh Precast Race Ahead At Stormont

Rally Ireland took over the grounds of Belfast's Parliament Buildings at Stormont recently to test the Creagh Precast Rally Bridge designed to add top class excitement to the opening of the event.

The Creagh Rally Bridge received the thumbs up from Rally Ireland for the design and suitability of the spectacular jump after a day of thorough testing by some of Ireland's leading rally drivers including Kenny McKinstry and Charlie Donnelly.

The Creagh Rally Bridge was re-engineered specifically to suit the WRC Super Special Stage. The Super Special Stage promises to be a highlight given the spectacular setting with the back drop of Stormont Buildings and the course winding around Stormont Castle. Cars then proceed down a fast straight through a tight chicane before jumping the fast track Creagh Rally Bridge.

The Creagh Rally Bridge showcases a dynamic use of precast concrete with over 100 homeSPAN reinforced slabs used in conjunction with steel supports to provide an adrenaline filled finale to the stage.

A number of Creagh Concrete customers were treated to an afternoon of fast track adventure as they joined the Creagh team at Stormont to trial the Super Special Stage. Customers donned their rally suits and experienced the exhilarating course with the rally champs.

Creagh Concrete Director, Paddy McKeague commented: "We are thrilled Rally Ireland have recognised Creagh's precast capabilities and chosen us as their partner for such a prestigious event. We are delighted to support Rally Ireland and help bring this event to Ireland."
