Ulster Firm Provides Finishing Touches To 'Gold Trafford'

The residents of Britain's millionaire's row - preferred address of the country's top soccer stars - are turning to an Ulster company to give their luxury homes a special finishing touch.

Paving and walling manufacturing company Tobermore has been working at some of the UK's most exclusive addresses in Hale - part of the Cheshire triangle dubbed "Gold Trafford" because it is favoured by Manchester United, Liverpool, Everton, Blackburn and Manchester City players.


Roy Keane's former mansion is currently being upgraded by its new owner with the help of local firm Tobermore. The house is having a new top quality paved driveway and paths installed using Tobermore’s Granite and Tegula Setts.

It is the latest of several major paving contracts for the Co Londonderry firm at multi-million pound mansions in the area. Tobermore recently supplied the paving products for a new luxury apartment complex, as well as two private £3m houses in the area.

The company expanded its all-Ireland operation to mainland UK just two years ago.
