The latest release of a new affordable homes development in West Belfast is now fully reserved.

The Black Ridge Hill release is situated between the Glen Road and the Upper Springfield Road and located in the Black Ridge development, one of the largest housing developments in Northern Ireland.

Black Ridge is a new, mixed tenure residential scheme, developed by Apex Housing Association under the guidance of leading house builder, BW Social Affordable Housing, which is part of the Braidwater Group.

Work first commenced on the site early in 2021 and the development will mature with over 650 social and affordable homes for sale on the 75-acre site in the west of Belfast.

Along with the homes, the development will see a community centre with a multi-use games pitch, a number of children's play areas, with the possible future development of two care homes, a neighbourhood retail centre, and a hotel.

This latest release includes two and three bedroom affordable homes, each complete with a high specification turnkey finish. The homes are only available to buy with Co-Ownership.

Black Ridge Hill will feature two and three bedroom affordable homes, as well as modern house designs that suit a range of needs and encourage spacious family living.

Included in these homes are a fitted kitchen, integrated appliances (where applicable), bathroom and ensuite, as well as luxury vinyl tile, carpets and painted throughout. Purchasers will have a selection of kitchen doors to choose from along with floor coverings and tiling choices.

These homes are an ideal fit for first time buyers and young families needing a more spacious home in a highly accessible and affordable location.
