Mythen Construction To Create 20 A Rated Homes In Wexford

Mythen Construction is helping to provide a new affordable housing scheme in County Wexford.
Partnering with Wexford County Council, Mythen Construction will create 20 A Rated new homes in 'Radharc na Beannoige', Ramsfort Park, Gorey, under the Affordable Purchase Scheme.
This scheme offers new homes to be purchased at a reduced price for first-time buyers. The application portal will open on Wednesday, February 12 at 10am.
In advance of the launch, Wexford County Council will host an Affordable Housing Webinar tomorrow (Wednesday, January 29) at 7pm.
The event is intended to assist applicants with the Local Authority Purchase Scheme, provide an overview of the RNB scheme and offer a step by step guidance of the application process.
The event is open to all members of the public. The meeting link can be found here.
