Applications To Open For Galway Affordable Housing Scheme

A new affordable housing scheme in County Galway will open to applicants at the end of this month.

Offered in the scheme are 8 new units for sale at Garraí na Sailí, Letteragh Road, which include four 2 bed and four 3 bed duplex homes.

The units, by Burkeway Homes, are being made available for sale in partnership with Galway City Council through the affordable purchase arrangements, under the Affordable Housing Act 2021 and associated regulations.

The minimum purchase price is €285,000 for the 2 bed duplex homes and €315,000 for the 3 bed duplex homes

Applications will open at 12 noon on Thursday, January 30 and close at 12 noon on Friday, March 13.
