Roscommon Town business, NexVentur has won Recruitment and Relocation Agency of the Year in the Global Awards.

This comes as the company celebrates its 3rd birthday this month.

"NexVentur has an unusual offering which caught the judges' eye," said Director Kenny Feeney. "We're delighted with the accolade as it’s a strong affirmation of the hard work and dedication from the whole team, as well as the faith our clients and candidates place in us."

The judges looked at the full spectrum of company activities, from uniqueness of services and innovation, to branding, media coverage, social platforms and communications, recruitment events as well as testimonials from candidates and clients in Ireland and Australia.

"NexVentur is a recruitment agency with a difference," Feeney added. "We help place people in jobs, and if they're looking to relocate – whether it's to Australia or home to Ireland - we offer a suite of services that assist them with visas, sponsorships and work permits, flights, banking, tax, shipping, accommodation and more…"

While immigration of young Irish to Australia is an ongoing news topic, a big focus for NexVentur is supporting Irish expats returning home. "The Irish job market has a wealth of opportunities for talented professionals and local businesses are increasingly looking to innovative solutions to address their staffing challenges. Our returning migrants programme holds great appeal for both candidates and clients here," said Feeney.
