The certification highlights Phoenix Energy's commitment to providing fair, flexible, and accessible services for all customers. The assessment process demonstrated the company’s ability to meet high standards of inclusivity and support.
Receiving the award on behalf of Phoenix Energy, Joanne Quinn, Director of Regulatory Affairs, said: "We are delighted to be recognised for our work in Inclusive Service. At Phoenix, our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we have been fortunate to have strong relationships with our customer base over the past 28 years through our direct channels of contact. Our Customer Vulnerability Working Group meets regularly as we recognise that this space is ever evolving and there is always more we can do to ensure that every customer feels recognised and represented when they engage with Phoenix."
