North West Future Of Energy Conference To Return To L'Derry

The North West Future of Energy Conference, a prominent cross-border event jointly hosted by the L'Derry and Letterkenny Chambers of Commerce, will make its return to Derry on Thursday, November 7, at the Ebrington Hotel.

This year's conference, themed 'Sustainable Energy through Innovation', will explore cutting-edge solutions to drive a greener economy in the North West.

Sponsored by SSE Renewables, the event gathers key stakeholders from across the energy sector, including suppliers, technology innovators, industry buyers, investors, and policymakers. Attendees will engage in a series of panel discussions, lightning talks, and a keynote address focused on advancing sustainable energy solutions and strengthening cross-border cooperation. The conference will also feature an exhibition showcasing the latest products and services designed to meet industry needs, support growth, and tackle regional energy security challenges.

With over 100 delegates in attendance last year and an anticipated increase in participation, this year's conference promises an even broader platform for dialogue and collaboration. Among the exhibitors are prominent industry players like Air Cool Engineering NI, Barclays, Donnelly Group, Firmus Energy, Future Renewables, Go Succeed, H&A, Invest NI, Renewable NI, SSE Renewables, Translink, and WD Ltd. Highland Radio will serve as the official media partner for the day.

The conference will be hosted by journalist Jamie Delargy and will feature lightning talks from Vestas, Firmus Energy, Plan Energy, and Foyle Port.
