The Awards Gala will take place on November 7th at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre.

Bruce Street, Belfast
Bruce Street is an exceptional PBSA scheme delivering 269 ensuite studio residences that have raised the bar for student living in the heart of Belfast. Despite site constraints, the project was delivered to the highest quality standards within a remarkable 18-month delivery programme, using innovative construction and supply chain efficiencies.
Canada Water Plot K1, London
Plot K1 is the first completed building of the 53-acre Canada Water Masterplan in Central London, and provides 79 affordable homes for Southwark Council, with 60 designated as council homes. Achieving a HQM Level 3 and net zero embodied carbon, the building offers residents dual-aspect views and a communal garden.
Exchange Square Phase 2, Birmingham
Exchange Square Phase 2 is a landmark high-rise residential project of precision engineering and innovation. Completed in February 2024, the final phase of a wider masterplan delivers 375 Build to Rent Grainger apartments within a 37-storey tower, retail units and a vibrant public square.
