John Paul Construction has reached a significant milestone in the development of The Ironworks Residential Development in Dundrum Town Centre. Last week, the team marked the topping-out of the project, which will ultimately comprise 107 apartment units across nine floors, built atop an existing three-storey basement car park.
The celebratory event featured refreshments and presentations from Hans De Raedt, Project Manager, and Joe Sheeran, Senior Contract Manager.
John Paul Construction extended its congratulations to Hammerson, the client, as well as the design team and wider project teams for their contributions to the successful completion of this important milestone.
