McLaughlin & Harvey Wins Prestigious Award

McLaughlin & Harvey has scooped the Inspiring Women – Company of the Year award at the 2024 CN, GE & NCE Inspiring Women in Construction & Engineering Awards.

The winners were crowned in front of the industry on Tuesday 17 September at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.

The awards, which celebrated the role models and organisations empowering women in construction and engineering, were hosted by Construction News, Ground Engineering and New Civil Engineer.

The Inspiring Women – Company of the Year category recognises organisations that have made outstanding contributions to inspiring women within the construction and engineering sector. The award seeks to recognise the very best companies in the sector that have committed to providing an outstanding working environment for women and encouraging greater diversity and inclusion across their organisation.

McLaughlin & Harvey, guided by our Responsible Business Strategy, is dedicated to inspiring women within and into the industry. It aims to achieve a 30% female workforce, ensuring representation at all levels by 2030.
