The project, which involves the restoration and extension of the Grade B1 Listed Courthouse in Bushmills village, is a finalist for both Restoration Project of the Year and Social/Community Project of the Year (£2 million plus).

The 1200sqm Shared Space facility provides 15 workshop spaces, messy studio, retail units and accessible café for business incubation as well as event facilities for creativity and local community development. The project was funded through the PEACE IV Programme with match funding by the Department for Communities NI and Department of Rural & Community Development Ireland.
