Glandore Opens New Office In Belfast After Renovation

Glandore, a top workspace provider in Ireland, has opened its new office in Belfast after a sustainable renovation, making it the occupier of an entire building at Arthur Place in the city centre.

Arthur Place, featuring suites ranging from 440 sq ft to 768 sq ft across seven floors, marks Glandore's second Belfast location. It is conveniently positioned opposite Arthur House, another workspace owned by the family-run company. Glandore now offers customisable workspace in Belfast, complete with upgraded amenities such as a club room, meeting rooms, ground floor coffee and kitchen facilities, reception area and bike storage at Arthur Place.

Leading global software provider, Intapp is the latest company to avail of the modern Arthur Place office space after opening in a 2,507sq ft space fully customised to their needs. Intapp, with the help of Glandore created a bespoke office layout for their expanding team to include more collaboration zones, meeting rooms, soundproof pods and less desk space.

Glandore prioritised sustainability in renovating Arthur Place, using eco-friendly materials and low-chemical products, while enhancing water conservation and waste management practices. The site also features bike storage and premium end-of-trip facilities.

Arthur Place, Belfast’s latest office space, showcases expansive windows and adaptable layouts crafted for peak productivity. Alongside Arthur House, it provides businesses the flexibility to scale from one to over 200 desks on flexible terms starting from three months, offering fully serviced office spaces that can be tailored to suit specific needs and work preferences.
