Rathbane Group Shareholder To Speak At Women In Business NI Event

A shareholder of the Rathbane Group, Shorlagh McConville is set to be the evening speaker for the Women in Business NI Young Women's Network event this evening, 20 June.

This event will be held in the recently refurbished Pearl Assurance Building, located in Belfast City Centre by the Rathbane Group.

The Rathbane Group is a second-generation, family-owned and managed business rooted in Northern Ireland with projects worldwide. It is a leading expert in the construction of high-end and complex projects globally serving both the land and marine markets and comprises Mivan, MJM Marine, Topglass and Rathbane Holdings.

Ms McConville's presentation will focus on Young Women in Leadership, drawing on insights from her early career. She will highlight key moments where she embraced leadership roles at junior levels, accelerating her growth within the organisation. Her goal is to empower young women in business by equipping them with practical tools for career success. She plans to offer actionable advice on bolstering self-motivation, self-confidence, effective decision-making and leadership capabilities.

Hosted by the Young Women’s Network this platform aims to empower young women. These events are designed to provide tools, networks, and insights necessary for career advancement.
