Wilsons Auctions, the UK and Ireland's largest independent auction company, is set to sell McCormack Site Services' demolition and construction machinery to the highest bidder in a Belfast auction.
The auction company has been instructed by Tom Keenan and Scott Murray of Keenan CF, joint administrators of McCormack Site Services, to sell the company's entire assets as it is now in administration. They will be offered at auction with no reserve, which means all auction Lots will be sold to the highest bidder.
Lots include EC380 excavators, Brokk machines, containers, machinery attachments and construction equipment, commercial vehicles, and HGVs.
The auction's highlight is a 2022 Volvo EC480 EHR 48 Tonne Tracked Excavator, with its location at Wilsons Auctions in Maidstone, Kent.
An open viewing at Wilsons Auctions Belfast is taking place from 12 February through to the morning of the auction on the 27 of February. With in-hall and live online bidding, the auction is open to the public and the first Lot will go under the hammer at 12 noon on Tuesday 27 February.
Plant, Machinery and Commercial Manager and Auctioneer Richard McFetridge said: "We're delighted to be acting on behalf of Keenan CF with Tom Keenan and Scott Murray on this case. McCormack Demolition was at the forefront of the UK’s demolition industry and this auction acts as an ideal opportunity for companies and individuals in that industry, and others, to purchase additional quality stock or upgrade their existing portfolio. The inventory of machinery, equipment and vehicles has been well maintained.”
"Wilsons Auctions has worked with Keenan CF team on many administration and liquidation cases and it is an honour they continue to trust our auction services across various industries and sectors."
