In accordance with 'Housing for All Delivery Action Plan 2022-2026', Wexford County Council is actively working on developing affordable housing over the coming years.
The aim of an affordable housing initiative is to offer homes at a discounted rate to qualified applicants. Despite the eligibility criteria outlined in the Regulations for such schemes, the Council aims to gauge interest in County Wexford for affordable housing options.
The Council will advertise the availability of any future affordable housing schemes separately. A formal application process will be implemented in accordance with the legislation applicable at that time.
