Farrans has announced that it will be partnering with Engineers Ireland Northern Region to support Engineers Week 2024.
Engineers Week takes place from 4 to 8 March 2024 at schools and learning across the region. It celebrates innovation, creativity and the possibilities of STEAM education.
A competition is now open to encourage young minds aged 5-14 throughout Northern Ireland to explore challenges in STEAM and put forward their innovative solutions.
Participants can express their ideas through posters, poems, essays, songs, designs – the more creative, the better with exciting prizes awaiting the top entries in each age category, including a classroom visit from The Science Room and a £25 book voucher for the winning pupil of each category.
