Hagan Homes has begun construction works on Water's Edge, a new £7.5 million development in the Greenisland area of County Antrim.
The scheme will bring 18 premium new homes to the market offering unparalleled views of Belfast Lough, across two apartment buildings.
During the construction phase Water's Edge has already generated 45 jobs and completion is expected in just over two years.
Apartments range from one to three bedrooms, priced between £225,000 and £500,000. High on efficient living, the apartments are designed by architect Des Ewing, and thoughtfully curated to offer a comfortable and serene living space.
Among the innovative features are the new Ember PS Smart Heating Control System, USB double sockets in all bedrooms and kitchens, and extensive electrical specifications. The properties will also be pre-wired for BT, Sky+, and Virgin Media, with ultrafast broadband speeds reaching 1000 Mbps.
The kitchens will have quartz stone countertops, matching backsplashes, and handles. They'll also feature underlighting to highlight the units, along with electric double ovens and hobs.
Jim Burke, Director of Sales and Acquisitions, Hagan Homes, said: "Water's Edge is not just a development; it's a blend of modern living in a remarkably hard-to-find positioning looking over Belfast Lough. The sea views are unparalleled, and the commitment to energy-efficient living adds another layer of appeal. We're excited to bring this unique opportunity to prospective homeowners and expect a lot of demand."
