The improvement works will include the upgrading of existing equipment and the provision of new equipment which will create inclusive play facilities.
The upgrade is part of the Council's 10 year Play Park Strategy which aims to guide play park provision across the District.

Chair of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, Councillor Thomas O’Reilly, said: "I am pleased to see the works have commenced at the play parks in Belleek, continuing the great works which have been completed over the last two years across the District.
"I am confident that the works at both play parks will enhance the current provision and benefit the local residents. It is important for the Council to encourage people to get outdoors and be active and this can be achieved through the provision of spaces to play and socialise with others."
Works are scheduled to be complete in early 2024.
