Engineers Ireland Announces 2023 National Conference

Engineers Ireland (EI) has announced that their 2023 National Conference will take place at O'Reilly Hall, University College Dublin on Wednesday, 25 October 2023.

With a title of 'Time for Inspiration, Engineering Innovation and Leadership in 2023', the event will showcase engineering leadership. The conference will also highlight some best practice deployed and demonstrable leadership displayed by ambitious engineering companies/firms in progressing with their business and projects sustainably.

EI President Dr Edmond Harty will open the event at 9:30am on 25 October and will be joined by speakers Dr Aoibhinn Ní Shúilleabháin, Associate Professor at University College Dublin in the School of Mathematics & Statistics and Chair of the Citizens' Assembly on biodiversity loss; Niall Gleeson, Chief Executive Officer at Uisce Éireann and Seán Atkinson, Managing Director of ESB International, the leading global engineering consultancy. Other speakers to be announced shortly.

Members are encouraged to save the date in their calendars and to join EI for this key learning and networking event. As EI consider this event to be a member benefit, the National Conference is complimentary for members to attend, with a payment only for lunch for those attending in person.

Non-members are also welcome to attend. The online attendance fee for non-members is €200 or €230 for those who wish to join us in-person at O'Reilly Hall, UCD.
