Codec, one of Ireland's leading cloud solutions consultancy companies, has announced the launch of an ambitious expansion programme.
The expansion will create 65 new jobs in Ireland and sees the opening of a new Codec office in Great Britain this week.
The new premises, situated in Paddington, London will enable Codec to hire a further 100 people by 2025, bringing total employment at the company to over 465 Microsoft Cloud professionals. The move will allow Codec to grow its presence in the British market and enable the company to capitalise on its expanding customer base.
Established in 1985 and headquartered in Dublin, now with offices in London, Belfast and Malta. Codec is one of the most awarded and recognised Microsoft partners. It provides organisations in the Public and Healthcare sectors with business applications, artificial intelligence, and cloud infrastructure on Microsoft platforms.
Codec's expansion is being supported by Enterprise Ireland, who are backing the investment through its company development funding scheme. The partnership demonstrates the collaborative efforts between Codec and Enterprise Ireland to drive economic development and job creation across Ireland and internationally.
Recruitment has already commenced with a range of highly-skilled roles available in Ireland including project managers, IT services consultants and technical support positions.
Commenting on the growth announcements, Codec CEO Ronan Stafford said:"We continue to experience significant growth in all our markets and are delighted to be announcing today the creation of these new roles to support our expansion. For nearly forty years Codec has been leading the way in Business Applications and today’s announcements demonstrates our continued commitment to growth and innovation. With this expansion, we aim to strengthen our reach domestically and internationally as we continue delivering exceptional solutions to our valued customers across the Island of Ireland and the UK. We are looking forward to our future, one that fosters collaboration, drives innovation, and propels us towards new success in Ireland and internationally."
