The first graduates of the Engineers Ireland CPD accredited Graduate Development Programme were recognised at the event.

To mark the occasion, the future leaders gave presentations to John Paul Construction's executive team, showcasing the skills and knowledge they developed over the course of the programme on topics such as quality, safety, innovation and sustainability.
This was followed by the awarding of graduation certificates, a gift acknowledging their achievement, and a celebratory lunch.
