A host of property and industry experts are set to visit Belfast for a major AIB event.
The 'Your Home' event will provide local homebuyers with top tips, insights and guidance as they get ready to purchase their first home.
Hosted Q Radio breakfast presenter Declan Wilson, the free event will take place at the Limelight, Belfast on Wednesday 26 April from 6pm.
The panel will comprise of legal, mortgage and estate agent specialists who will demystify the property process for first-time buyers.
AIB Mortgage Advisor Julie McCullagh, who will be on the panel, said: "Buying your first home is exciting and we want to keep it that way.
"The 'Your Home' event gives people the chance to hear directly from all those involved in the home buying journey. Together we'll be breaking down the full process into simple steps and explaining some of the technical jargon.
"We understand the current cost of living crisis can place an additional burden on those hoping to buy a home and the market continues to evolve post-pandemic. At AIB, we are here to support our customers and our Homes team will be at the event for anyone who wants a more personal chat in our Mortgage Lounge."
Joining Julie on the panel is solicitor Philip McBride, head of the Property Law Team at McKee's Solicitors, local estate agent Olga McAteer and recent first-time buyer Francesca McKee, better known on Instagram as @Frans_Travels. Together they will share insights on NI's property landscape, top tips when house hunting as well as guidance on paperwork and documentation.
