Kier McAvoy Joint Venture (JV) has been selected to all Lots applied for on Crown Commercial Services’ (CCS) new £10 billion Offsite Construction Solutions (OCS) framework.
The new framework replaces the existing modular building framework and will run for the next four years with the possibility of extending for a further 3 years.
The framework provides public sector organisations with all elements of offsite construction solutions, from design, fabrication, construction and installation, through to direct access to manufacturers.
The JV offers McAvoy a great opportunity to work alongside Kier and consolidate our presence in existing markets, and expand into new ones as we continue to innovate and deliver excellence.
The successful Lots are:

• Lot 1.2 £15m > 3D Turnkey Solutions Purchase
