The electricity company confirmed that three Executive Directors will take up new roles. Marguerite Sayers has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive of the Group succeeding Jerry O'Sullivan who is retiring following 41 years with the organisation. Pat Fenlon took up his new role as Executive Director, Customer Solutions in September and Paul Stapleton was appointed Executive Director, Group Finance and Commercial from early October.

Paul Stapleton's most recent role was as Managing Director of NIE Networks, with responsibility for the distribution of safe, secure and increasingly sustainable electricity to over 900,000 homes, farms and businesses in Northern Ireland."
