The Department for Infrastructure is leading a carriageway and footway resurfacing scheme on Kensington Park.
Work will get underway on Tuesday 03 May, stretching from Ballynahinch Road to the Saintfield Road for 380 metres.
This scheme, which is expected to be completed by Friday 01 July, will deliver significant benefits for road users.

Daily weekday road closures will be implemented between 8am and 6pm throughout the works. During these times a signed diversionary route will be in place using the Saintfield Road – Young Street - Ballynahinch Road and vice versa.
Local access for residents and emergency services will be maintained at all times.
Road users should expect some delays and are advised to allow additional time when travelling in the vicinity of the works and are asked to comply with all temporary traffic restrictions.
