The CRU invites applications for suitably qualified and experienced candidates for appointment to the Panel of Experts. The Panel of subject matter experts is being established to review applications from people with relevant non-Irish professional qualifications.

In appointing members of the Panel, the CRU must be satisfied members have:
• Relevant work experience related to Ireland's domestic electrical industry
• Knowledge/experience of Irish vocational electrical training qualifications – particularly apprenticeships
• Working knowledge of relevant electrical standards, codes of practice and international best practice in the industry
• Commitment to confidentiality and public safety.
