The leading Northern Ireland housing association will compete for prizes at the UK Housing Awards, a 25-year event which shines a light on the teams and individuals who have demonstrated a real commitment to the housing sector and whose work has made a valuable impact to the people and communities they serve.
Choice Housing is a finalist in the following three categories:

• Best supported housing landlord – Project: Transformation of Kimberley House from a shared residential home into self-contained apartments
• Homelessness partnership of the year – Partnership Project to provide accommodation for Destitute Asylum Seekers
• Innovator of the year - Step Down Care at The Bank.
Entries are judged by an esteemed panel of sector leaders, and winners will be announced at a prestigious ceremony in London on Thursday 25 November.
