Chadwicks Group, one of Ireland's leading builders' merchants, has announced that Barretts in Ballinasloe has rebranded to Chadwicks.
The announcement is part of an ongoing nationwide rebrand by Chadwicks Group which commenced in 2018. Chadwicks in Ballinasloe is the 22nd branch to have undergone extensive refurbishment.
Barretts has a long history in Ballinasloe, having been established by Frank Barrett in 1954. Frank's two sons, Gerry and Mike, took over the business in 1980 which coincided with a move to its current location on Society St. In 2004, Barretts became part of Heiton Buckley and the announcement sees Barretts continue its journey within the Chadwicks Group family.
While there are changes and enhancements to the branch, the team of 17 highly trained merchanting specialists remain the same and customers can expect to still receive the expert product knowledge they have come to enjoy from the Ballinasloe team. The team receives regular training on all the latest product innovations to ensure it can help customers stay on top of the latest trends in the industry.
Visitors to the newly revamped store an expect a seamless shopping experience alongside some new and exciting additions and upgrades. This includes the introduction of a brand-new range of doors and floors, including the latest trend for painted doors.
Customers will also find new additions to the paint counter which now stocks an even wider collection of paint brands, varnishes, and accessories. In-branch paint mixing services are also available making it a one-stop-shop for all painting and protective coating needs.
The upgraded bathroom showroom houses the latest and greatest bathroom suites and products from top name brands, reflecting current trends and innovations in the category.
