Majority Of Phoenix Gas Consumers Give The Thumbs Up To Natural Gas

The majority of Phoenix Natural Gas recently connected consumers have revealed they would recommend natural gas to a friend or family member.

Phoenix Natural Gas announced the results of its most recent independent market connected customer research, with 99% of recently connected customers saying they would recommend making the move to natural gas.

Conducted by MRNI (Market Research NI) 80% of recently connected customers surveyed reporting the process to be easy, and 90% suggesting that the connection process could not be improved upon.

"As well as accessing additional lifestyle and convenience benefits, such as instant heat and constant hot water, we are seeing more customers connecting to natural gas as a way to reduce their household carbon footprint.
