Irish Builder Opens New UK Office

Leading Irish construction firm John Sisk & Son has opened a new office in Warrington.

The company agreed a 14-year lease for Number 4 Ibis Court on Warrington's Centre Park.

This deal comes after the 8,300 sq ft property was bought for £725,000 and renovated to a very high standard.

Property development consultancy Measures and Company partnered with Irish property investor Capwell Property Partners to relocate John Sisk & Son.
