A £1 million housing development has begun construction in Lisburn.
The project at Wallace Gate will see six new homes built, with the first units expected to be complete by February 2020.
Northern Ireland homebuilder Hagan Homes is working on the project, which has also created 25 construction jobs in the process.
All of the homes, which will consist of three-bedroom semi-detached units, will be handed over by July 2020.
Jim Burke, Director of Sales and Acquisitions at Hagan Homes, said: "Nestled just off the Pond Park Road, on the edge of the highly sought-after Thaxton Village, the exciting new development of Wallace Gate boasts convenience, accessibility and provides its residents with the opportunity to settle down in a small and unique selection of semi-detached homes.
"Boasting a collection of six beautiful homes, Wallace Gate is perfect for young professionals and growing families hoping to set up home in an unparalleled location. With each stunning home benefiting from a full turnkey package, homeowners will have little to do on moving day, experiencing both comfort and style from the outset.
"The demand for superior homes in Northern Ireland, which offer value for money, remains extremely high. Hagan Homes build affordable, quality, stylish homes and we are renowned for our attention to detail and the emphasis we place on the finer details both internally and externally. Homeowners at Wallace Gate will also enjoy the added bonus of a unique sunroom that features in each of these outstanding properties. By utilising an expert team of top architects, landscapers and building professionals, you are guaranteed a home of which to be proud."
Wallace Gate is situated close to a multitude of amenities, providing easy access to some of Lisburn's best recreational facilities and open green spaces. Its proximity to Lisburn City Centre also provides excellent rail and road links to Belfast City Centre and beyond.
