The scheme will see new sewers and associated manholes delivered at Jamaica Street to serve a new housing development.
BSG Civil Engineering will carry out the work over a six-week programme, beginning on Monday 19 August.

A temporary lane closure will be implemented throughout to facilitate the work. Two-way traffic will be maintained with the use of temporary traffic signals.
Vehicular access will be maintained for residents as far as possible but may be restricted for short periods as the work passes driveways. Pedestrian access will be available at all times and there will be some parking restrictions in place around the working area.
Normal working hours will be 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. However, it may be necessary at times for work to be carried out outside of these hours.
