NI Fit Out Firm Meets Growing Demand With New Premises

Northern Ireland fit out business, Pure Fitout has expanded its operations with new premises in Belfast.

The 25,000 square feet location allows the firm to invest in new machinery, increasing capacity and streamlining the fabrication process.

As part of the investment, Pure Fitout has also brought its marble and stone abilities in-house, now sitting alongside its joinery manufacturing plant and metal fabrication shop, both of which are already on site.


Ronan Higham, Founder and Managing Director of Pure Fitout, said: "With third-party suppliers accounting for the majority of delays in the industry, it has always been our intention to bring as many operations in-house as possible to guarantee we can deliver projects to clients on time and within budget.

Founded in 2015, Pure Fitout is fast becoming a dominant force in the industry, achieving 100% year-on-year growth, supported by key contract wins including the award-winning Stella Theatre and The Devlin in Dublin and partnering with Five Guys in Ireland.
