These plans form part of an overall project to transform the former military base.
Welcoming the progress, Sinn Féin MP Elisha McCallion said: "The planned building of grade A office space at Ebrington is essential to aid the economic regeneration of Derry and the wider north west.

"This office space will provide excellent accommodation that will help attract new jobs to the city.
"People have been waiting for progress on this site and are anxious to see it move forward as soon as possible."
The Foyle MP has written to the permanent secretary of the Department for Infrastructure explaining how vital this project is for the north west and urging that planning permission be granted.
