Public opinion is being sought on the Local Development Plan 2030 draft Plan Strategy for the Fermanagh and Omagh District.
The Plan will help to shape the District's future development and growth and will set out the planning policy framework for making day-to-day decisions on planning applications.
Chairman of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, Councillor Howard Thornton said: "The Local Development Plan aims to meet the needs of all the people of the district by creating sustainable communities within the context of a healthy, well planned, natural and built environment.
"The Local Development Plan will set out the framework for future planning and sustainable development of the district until 2030. This period of consultation provides everyone with the opportunity to shape the future of the District and I encourage people to get involved and have their say."
It has been developed taking into account the characteristics of the Fermanagh and Omagh District and the views of residents, consultees and Council Members.
Details on drop in sessions and copies of the draft plan can be found on the Council's website.
The Local Development Plan 2030 draft Plan Strategy for the Fermanagh and Omagh District is open for public consultation until 12 noon on Friday 21 December 2018.
