The scheme was part of Radius Housing's overall £11.8m investment in maintenance and improvements at Ardrigh Fold.
Features included refurbishing the facility, as well as full redecoration, improved insulation, replacement doors and kitchens and improved external drainage.
The work was completed in consultation with all residents, who chose their own kitchens, door finishes and door handles. Ardrigh Fold is comprised of 67 self-contained apartments and eight bungalows, which provide accommodation in total for 80 people. RPP Architects were consultants on the project with Brendan Loughran & Sons carrying out the works.
