Two Road Resurfacing Schemes To Start In Aughnacloy

Work is to begin on two road resurfacing projects worth £100,000 in Aughnacloy, Co Tyrone.

The schemes on Moore Street and Sydney Street, which will start on 03 September, will improve the strength and surface quality of the routes, as well as addressing ongoing maintenance issues.


To carry out the work safely, a road closure will be implemented on Moore Street from 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday, from 03 September to 11 September. Sydney Street will then be closed to traffic between 8am – 6pm from 17 September until 21 September.

The Department of Infrastructure said it apologises for any inconvenience caused and asks that motorists "use the diversion routes as signed and drive with due care and attention".
