Glenveagh Acquires Four Cork And Dublin Sites For €120m

Irish homebuilder Glenveagh Properties has acquired four new land sites in Cork and Dublin for €120 million.

In a trading statement, the company revealed the sites are capable of delivering 2,780 units, subject to planning approval;

• A 4.6-hectare site in Cork's Docklands – could potentially deliver up to 1,000 residential units

• Project Bill, circa 16.2-hectare site in the Greater Dublin Area –could potentially accommodate 400 residential units


• 'Project Hector', a large landbank in the GDA – could deliver up to 700 residential units

• A 2.44-hectare site at Castleforbes, North Docklands, Dublin – could potentially deliver more than 650 units.

Founder and CEO, Justin Bickle, said: "Since last October when we created Glenveagh, we have made a fast start in turning land into built stock in a very favourable selling market.
