McAvoy Welcomes New Head Of Manufacturing And Innovation

Northern Ireland contractor McAvoy Group has appointed David Clark as its new Head of Manufacturing and Innovation.

Mr Clark will work at McAvoy's two off-site production centres in Lisburn and Dungannon to lead the manufacturing process. He will also take responsibility for applying new digital solutions and lean processes to further improve the efficiency and productivity of off-site manufacturing.

Having been with McAvoy since 2012, Mr Clark has progressed from Group Design and Engineering Manager to Innovation Manager.


He has 20 years' experience in manufacturing for the construction sector, which has included specialist cladding and structural steel solutions. In addition, he holds an MSc in BIM and Project Management from Queen's University Belfast as well as an MSc in Manufacturing Management.
