Works on the B53 Kilgad Road from A36 Moorfields Road to B59 Tully Road will start on Monday, 24 November.
The project, which will provide 2.8km of new asphalt road surface, is scheduled for completion by Friday, 16 December.

For the safety of the public and contractors, temporary traffic management arrangements and diversionary routes will be introduced.
Announcing the scheme, Infrastructure Minister Chris Hazzard said: "Improving transport connections along key routes while maintaining a network which is fit for purpose is a priority for my Department and the wider Executive.
"This scheme will strengthen the road structure and deliver benefits for the local community for many years to come."
