Macnaughton Blair Ltd was fined a total of £3,000 and also ordered to pay court costs for failing to ensure the health, safety and welfare of employees and those not in their employment, but affected by their undertaking.

The case was brought against the firm by the Belfast City Council (BCC).
The case related to an incident at Lowdens Builder Supplies at Duncrue Crescent on 17 April 2015 when a fork lift truck, operated by an untrained employee, hit another employee knocking him to the ground and reversed over one of his legs causing life changing injuries.
A spokeswoman for Belfast City Council said: "Employers must ensure the health, safety and welfare of their employees and those affected by their undertaking. Belfast City Council is committed to ensuring that businesses in the city meet their obligations under Health and Safety legislation."
