The sites are located in the greater Dublin area and in the East of the country. Sites for the next bundles are currently being assessed.
The location details of the six social housing PPP sites announced are:
• Ayrfield, Malahide Road (Dublin City) 100
• Corkage Grange (South Dublin) 100
• Scribblestown (Dublin City) 100
• Dunleer, (Co. Louth) 70-95

Environemnt Minister Alan Kelly said: "We are using every means available to us to build social housing. Today I am announcing the six locations where over 500 social housing units are to be delivered through the public private partnership model. This will involve the provision of social housing with a capital value in the region of €100 million. Before the end of 2015, I expect to be able to announce details of the sites for the remaining bundles and the investment of a further €200 million."
