Organisations Recognised For Safety Across Waste And Recycling Industry

Safety across the waste and recycling industry is continuing to improve in Northern Ireland.

Enterprise Trade and Investment Minister Arlene Foster was presenting awards to local organisations in recognition of their work in promoting safety across the sector.

She said: "I congratulate this year's WISHNI Ambassadors for their important contributions in helping to improve safety standards, and I am encouraged that many in the local waste management industry are taking practical steps to protect the health and safety of their employees.
