SSQ Expands Its Offering Throughout Ireland

Construction News Image
Expanding its offering to provide its portfolio of quality slates throughout the four provinces of Ireland, SSQ Slate has teamed up with Killoran Slate & Tile and Blue Bangor Slate Company, to ensure swift, professional delivery regardless of location.

As SSQ appointed distributors, Killoran Slate & Tile and Blue Bangor Slate Company are well placed to deliver SSQ’s premium quality slates throughout Ireland, greatly reducing lead times as a result.

"Working directly with SSQ means we're able to quickly deliver a vast range of SSQ's quality slates throughout the country – something of significance when working with architects and contractors who are looking to see their projects completed as swiftly as possible," said Jim O’Donoghue from Killoran Slate & Tile.

He continued: "Knowing that SSQ's slates are of the very best quality and are able to withstand the test of time – in fact, some slates are guaranteed for up to 100 years, makes us proud to be associated with such a well established brand who are dedicated to providing quality products. Our customers benefit greatly from lower prices because we are more streamlined and more efficient. We have done this without compromising the quality of our products or our dedication to ensuring excellent customer service."

Kieran Merriman from Blue Bangor Slate Company agrees, commenting: "Our customers know that they will receive the best quality, best service and best price – by association, we’re delighted to be able to be part of this supply chain, providing premium slates to the Irish market.

"Being located in Ireland means we’re able to fulfil orders much quicker – as anyone working in the industry knows, long lead times can be a real turn off for potential customers. Working directly with SSQ means we’re able to help overcome these issues, ensuring smooth delivery," he explained.

Haroun El-Helw, Head of Marketing at SSQ Slate said: "As SSQ appointed distributors, Jim and Kieran are dedicated to ensuring that our products are delivered on time, without delay. We’re proud to have worked with them for many years and pleased to announce that through this relationship, our quality slate products are now available throughout all four provinces of Ireland – no mean feat considering the challenging geography that wholesalers and product manufacturers face when attempting to tackle the same task."
