2013 Starts With Positive News

TIMco (T.I.Midwood.) one of the UK and Ireland's major suppliers of screws, fasteners, fixings and power tool accessories have announced the opening of its logistics centre in Ireland.

The company's expansion has been brought about by a dramatic increase in sales within Ireland. The company felt that due to the business increase within Ireland coupled with the current economic climate that it was time to Invest in Ireland and play it's part in the future of the country, Timco has made a point of using local Irish companies and has already started creating employment.

Timco are an award winning supplier to Builders Merchants and providers and have recently been awarded supplier of the year to the National Buying Group for a second year running.

2013 sees the launch of the new Timco multi-bolt an in house designed and patented concrete bolt for direct fix into concrete avoiding the requirement to stock drop in anchors, through bolts and sleeve anchors allowing the customer to reduce stock levels of anchors.

Having sold over 10 Billion Classic and wood screws from the Timco branded range to date via wholesalers, merchants, providers and shops, Timco are quick to point out that they are not their customers competitor and never supply end users direct or via any sister companies with trade counters, when you buy from Timco your not adding to your competitors bottom line.

In February, TIMco will be exhibiting their full range at the Hardware/DIY, Home and Garden Show in Dublin and welcome you to visit the stand (J4 and H4) and meet the team.
