CPI Foam To Be Main Sponsor Of Family Walk

Wicklow based company CPI Foam Ltd. have been announced as the main sponsor of The Garden of Ireland 7k Run & 3k Family Walk in Powerscourt Estate on Saturday 7th July.

The event will take place on Saturday 7th July 2012 and 100% of the proceeds will go to Bray Cancer Support Centre’s work in providing cancer support services to people affected by cancer in the North Wicklow & South Dublin areas.

There is a choice of a 7KM Run in the grounds of the historical Powerscourt Estate or a 3KM Family Walk also within the grounds of Powerscourt, followed by a BBQ and refreshments.

Event organiser Conor O’Leary says: "We are delighted to partner with CPI Foam for the Garden of Ireland 7K Run & 3K Family Walk. Their support will ensure that this year’s event will be bigger and better, but most importantly it will ensure that we raise much need funds for Bray Cancer Support Centre and the vital cancer support services provided to people in Wicklow & South Dublin.

CPI FOAM LTD was first started in 2009 by Feargal and Stephen Driver, this Father and Son team saw a gap in the market for a new approach to insulating homes. "How many of us get up in to our attics and feel itchy and start coughing along with our homes feeling like ice box’s” this is when Feargal Driver Owner of CPI FOAM LTD realized that there must be a greener and longer lasting approach to the problem where traditional rolls of yellow stuff have not worked it the past.

The company based in Rathnew Co Wicklow has grown to be the largest supplier of spray foam insulation products both in Ireland and across countries such as Hungary, Czech Republic, Latvia, Malta, Slovinia, Poland and are supplying these countries direct from their manufacturing facility in Germany. www.cpifoam.ie
